"It's Re-chartering time…..
Hard to believe that a year has gone, but we need to work on having everyone re-chartered by the 1st of March. This will be for the 2013-2014 Scout year. The cost remains the same as it has for the past few years: $15 to re-charter and $12 if you would like Boys Life magazine. The $15 re-charter cost is also for adults. What a great deal. Adults we will need to make sure that you have completed the mandatory training as well.
For the next few Tuesday's Mr. Pierson and Mr. Hardin will be downstairs collecting your fee. We will also be verifying your email and other contact information that we have in the computer. Thank you for your support and help in this important task. "
Camp Cards sell! Sell! Sell! Please sell camp cards. If you have sold the cards passed out last week bring the money Tuesday night and get more. Selling camp cards is a great way to earn money for summer camp fees.
Canoe training at Salem Lake March 10 time TBA.
If you are signed-up to go on the Bear island trip you need to attend this very important training.

Please make sure you are on the sign-up board for a really cool trip the coast of NC to do a little canoeing and you get to sleep on an island.

This is the last week to sign-up for Conclave and receive the special edition patch. You can turn in paperwork and money at the Scout Office.

Troop PLC: Tuesday 2-19-13 at 6:30 PM. If you hold a Troop or Patrol position you are required to attend this meeting. If you cannot attend please find someone to take your place.
Congratulations to the Klondike derby Patrol the "Patriots" for winning two events and winning second place in the Patrol Spirit Award.

Please sign-up with Daniel Pedan at Tuesday's meeting. We need all scouts to attend this event it's very important that show our appreciation to Olivet for the support we receive throughout the year.

Klondike Derby
The Klondike has been re-scheduled for February 15-17
Scouting for Food: Great job everyone!! We collected 1600lbs Saturday and 600lbs at the Pow-wow for a total of 2200 lbs. We had 52 different volunteers over the two weekends and completed a total of 164 Service hours.

The Klondike has been re-scheduled for February 15-17
Troop Ski Trip At Winterplace 2-10-13
We will meet at the Scout Hut at 6:00 am. Please be on time it is important we leave on time.
we will have parental permission forms at this week's meeting. We must have these forms before we leave Sunday morning.
Scouting for food Bag pick-up
We will meet Saturday 2-9-13 at 9:30 am at the Scout hut to pick-up food bags and organize food for delivery to the food bank. We will need drivers so come and help.
Annual POW-WOW and Chicken stew at 2nd Harvest food bank
This event is open to everyone, Come out and eats chicken stew and learns about Indian dance and drum Admission is just 5 cans of food to be donated to the food bank. If you can come out early Saturday and set-up please Talk with Noah or Chris.
Scout Sunday at Olivet Moravian Church 2-24-13
We will meet at the church at 10:30 am. Class A Uniform
We need Scouts to be a part of the service. Please sign-up with Daniel Pedan at Tuesday's meeting
