Troop 919 Carowinds Information.
Please call Mr. Essex if you would like to go and are not on the list.
Any parents or siblings that want to go will be 36.33. I will be purchasing the tickets this evening.
Our current plans are to meet at WCCC at 8:30 and leave by 8:45. If anyone has any questions or needs a ride – please have them call me – 336-918-6228
The park is open from 10AM-10PM and the weather is supposed to be nice in the 90s.

Troop 919 8-15-2014 Notes
Troop Cookout and Court of honor:
6:30 PM
August 26th
Troop Cookout and Court of honor: The cook-out will be at 6:30 PM August 26th at the Brookstown shelter. We ask the each family bring a side dish and/or a desert. The burgers and hotdogs will be provided.
Troop fun day: Aug 30th . Carowinds is the choice We will have final sign-ups tomorrow night. The Scout's tickets will be covered by the troop. Families are welcome to participate. Family Tickets will be available at the troops discount around $35.
Philmont Crew 2015: The crew will have a yard sale during the Brookstown’s Community Festival September 13 and would like to collect donations of items to sale. If you want to help please contact Mr.Carr aecarr@wsfcs.k12.nc.us
Service day for Brookstown: We need to help support the Brookstown’s Community FestivalSaturday September 13. Please sign-up at the Court of Honor.

Troop PLC 6:30 PM
Troop meeting: 7:30 PM
Troop fun day: Aug 30th sign-ups for the troop fun day. Carowinds was the choice made last week. Please be prepared to make a commitment this week.
Philmont Crew 2015: The crew will have a yard sale during the Brookstown’s fall festival and would like to collect donations of items to sale. If you want to help please contact Mr.Carr

Troop PLC: The PLC is August 19 6:30 PM. Everyone is welcome to attend the PLC. The patrol leaders and Troop leadership are required.
Board of review: Please come to the PLC. If you need a board of review for our upcoming Court of Honor, please sign-up in the office. The Deadline will be Aug 19th.
Summer camp Merit badges: If you want to receive any merit badge not completed at summer camp at the August Court of Honor you must complete all the requirements and present them to Mr. Scott by Aug. 19th.
OA Ordeals: Aug 22nd-24th If you were Ordeal candidate you will need to attend this weekend’s ordeal to complete your membership. All current OA members are encouraged to attend and help with this weekend. It takes a lot of support to give the new candidates a good experience.

Troop meeting: We will start regular meetings tomorrow night 7:30 PM
(After the talk we had a summer camp please be on time so we can start at 7:30PM)
Troop fun day: Aug 30th We will decide on a date and begin sign-ups for the troop fun day. The two options are Carowinds or Emerald point.
