Troop meeting Tuesday night 7:30 PM We will start promptly at 7:30 Please be on time.

Troop Committee Meeting: March 26 6:30 Scout hut all committee members are invited to attend this meeting.

Scouts that attend this past weekend trip to Bear Island please arrive at the Scout Hut at 6:45 to take down tents and clean-up.

Summer camp 2013: Please sign-up. July 14-20 Cost will be $265.00 plus any activities fees. A deposit of $ 100.00 is needed at sign-up. We need a commitment and deposit by March 26.

Wilderness survival week-end: at Camp Raven Knob. April 13-14 we will be building shelters and staying in them over night. Sign-ups will start Tuesday Night.

Sign-up for Conclave the deadline is March 29. The lodge is about 40 short of its goal and the Chapter still needs 20. You can turn in your paperwork and money at the Scout Office.

Troop Recharter is complete Thank-you Mr.Pierson and Mr. Hardin for all the hard work.

PLC meeting: 6:30 pm Scout hut If you hold Troop or Patrol you are required to attend this meeting.

Bear Island: March 22-24
We will meet at the Scout hut at 5:00 pm returning Sunday evening Friday March 22.

Please recharter we are now past the deadline listed below. If you have not recharted bring your money tuesday night.

"It's Re-chartering time….. Hard to believe that a year has gone, but we need to work on having everyone re-chartered by the 1st of March. This will be for the 2013-2014 Scout year. The cost remains the same as it has for the past few years: $15 to re-charter and $12 if you would like Boys Life magazine. The $15 re-charter cost is also for adults. What a great deal. Adults we will need to make sure that you have completed the mandatory training as well.
For the next few Tuesday's Mr. Pierson and Mr. Hardin will be downstairs collecting your fee. We will also be verifying your email and other contact information that we have in the computer. Thank you for your support and help in this important task. "
Camp Cards sell! Sell! Sell! Please sell camp cards. If you have sold the cards passed out last week bring the money Tuesday night and get more. Selling camp cards is a great way to earn money for summer camp fees.

Court of Honor
3-5-2013
We will be at Brookstown tonight for our first Court of Honor of the Year.
Please bring a snack to share.

Canoe training at Salem Lake March 10 times 1:30 PM we will meet at the Scout hut and hope to return at 4:00PM if you are signed-up to go on the Bear island trip you need to attend this very important training.

Please make sure you are on the sign-up board for a really cool trip the coast of NC to do a little canoeing and you get to sleep on an island.

Special Olympics Charity Hockey Game
Friday 7:00 PM Winston-Salem Entertainment Sports Complex
The troop has an opportunity to attend a charity hockey game between the Doctors of Baptist and the Winston-Salem police department. One of the doctors involved has donated tickets to the troop and their families. Please see Stan Gordon if you would like to go.
