Troop 919 Message

 

Please read if you plan on being a part of the color guard for the Olivet Flag day celebration
The Community Flag Day Celebration on Saturday, June 16, begins at 4:00 p.m. with games and activities.  They are having a Patriotic Program at the church's pavilion which begins at 5:30 p.m. Please be at the church by 5:00 PM. The program will be over around 6:00PM.
We have also been invited to eat hot dogs and hamburgers after the program.
Please come out and support one of our sponsor Churches.

Pizza and Ice cream
When: Tuesday June 12 7:30
Where: Scout hut
Why: To celebrate
What:  The Troops contributions to the Friends of Scouting Campaign
Program will be getting ready for summer camp
Summer camp
Summer camp payments are now due. Please make all payment Tuesday night.
Medical Forms
The BSA requires that we have a current annual health and medical record form on file for each Scout and leader. It is now time for each Troop 919 Scout and Leader to have their medical form updated. The BSA Health and Medical Form can be downloaded here.  Please give your completed form to Tim Lasley. BSA Health and Medical Form can be downloaded here.
Flag Day
Flag Day Celebrations at Olivet Moravian Church June 16. Please sign-up to and help. We still need Scouts to commit for a color guard.
Whitewater Rafting
We are planning a rafting trip with ace whitewater on the New river. The trip will be August 18-19. Please sign-up we have to make reservations soon.

Troop 919 Message

 

We will meet at the Fulton YMCA tonight to do our swim checks.
The cost is $3 please bring correct change.
There will not be a meeting at the Scout Hut tonight.
We will meet next week  June 12th at the Scout Hut for Pizza and ice cream and a program about what to bring to summer camp.

Swim checks:
June 5, 7:30 PM at Fulton YMCA. All scouts need to get a swim check. The cost for the check will be $3. Please bring correct change.
Summer camp
