PLC Tonight
We will have a PLC Tuesday night Sept.18 at 6:30 PM all scouts with troop positions are encouraged to attend.
Troop Elections Tonight
We will elect new troop and patrol officers tonight (Except Senior Patrol leader). Please attend the meeting it is important to have a say in who will be running your troop for the next months.
Board of review
If you need a board of review for rank advancement, please notify Adult leaders, so we can will have leaders available during the PLC.
Philmont 2013 Crew
Thanks to everyone that contributed to the success of the Yard sale last Saturday.
AO Fall Fellowship
If you are an OA member plan on attending the 2012 Fall fellowship at Camp Raven Knob Sept. 21-23. Lodge and Chapter officers will be elected.
Fall Camporee
October 26-28 Camp Raven Knob back country. Cost 11.00 this will include supper Saturday night. Please sign-up we have a deadline for registration of Sept 28.

Fall Festival
Brookstowns United Methodist Church and Philmont 2013 Crew Yard Sale

Proceeds for the yard sale will be used to fund the 2013 Philmont Trip to New Mexico
We need help!
Friday Night 6-9PM Yard sale set-up at the shelter
Saturday 7-3 staffing for the Yard sale and help with the Festival
If you are on the Crew or a parent of a crew member please try to help, this all benefits you directly!
All help is welcome and appreciated
Lot of great things happening at the Festival so work a little and enjoy
10am Indian drum and dance come out and support our guys showing off their skills and learn about Indian culture

Raven Knob Backpacking Trip : this weekend. We will meet at Scout hut at 5:30 pm Friday. Please eat before you arrive at the scout hut.
