Troop 919 Notes

Re-charter Time : We have started the process to re-charter the troop. The cost will be $24. Please bring the money this week so we can make this process as painless as possible. If you want to receive Boys life magazine there will be an addition cost.

Scouting for food: Scouting for food is this Saturday February 7^th. 9:00 am at the Scout hut. Please plan on attending this event. We will need drivers to help get Scouts into the neighborhoods.

Scouts will distribute “Scouting for Food” door hangers to homes in their communities.

Instructions printed on the door hangers ask households to fill a grocery bag that they might have at home with non-perishable food items and leave the bags outside their doors for Scouts to pick up on Saturday, February 14^th.

Eagle Scout Court of Honor:Raymond Faude and Andy Neely will receive the Rank of Eagle Scout as part of the Scout Sunday Service this Sunday at Brookstown.

Scout Sunday: We will be a Brookstown United Methodist Church this Sunday for Scout Sunday. Please arrive at 10:30 so we can get organized.

Winterplace Skiing: We have decided to go skiing on the March 1st date. The February date interfered with Scout Sunday. We will start sign-ups for the Winterplace ski trip this week money will be due Febuary 17^th.
